iHeart: “Jewelry Box” speaker and dock for your iPhone/iPod

This one is for the the ladies: A cute, heart-shaped active speaker box for the iPhone or iPod that doubles as a dock and also offers a mirror that pops up when you open it. Aptly named iHeart [JP], the “Jewelry Box Speaker” is the brain child of a Japanese company called Marubeni Infotec. The dock is ready for 4th generation iPods, the iPod mini/nano/classic/touch and the iPhone 3G/3GS. You’ll get 2W×2ch speakers and a bunch of heart-shaped buttons to control your play list. The box itself measures 153×142×98.5mm and weighs 800g. The iHeart will go on sale in Japan at the end of next month for $110.
